Alan C. Davis, Senior Associate (Labor & Employment Law)

Alan Davis is a senior associate with an emphasis in labor management relations with particular emphasis in the public sector. He has personally been involved in numerous cases that have reached the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the California District Court of Appeals. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice before the United Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and numerous United States District Courts. He has represented over 30 labor organizations throughout California and Hawaii. He has written most of the local Charter measures that provide for binding interest arbitrations and has represented police officer associations, firefighter and non-safety unions in over sixty-five interest arbitration and fact finding proceedings.
