Anthony P. Donoghue, Associate (Civil Litigation)
Anthony P. Donoghue is an associate in the Civil Litigation Department of Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller and Johnsen. His practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation. Tony is admitted to the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Central Districts of California. Before joining Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller & Johnsen, Tony was a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges. During law school Tony clerked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of New Jersey, and a Senior United States District Judge, District of New Jersey.
