Duane W. Reno, Senior Associate (Labor & Employment Law)

Duane Reno practices labor management relations with particular emphasis in the public sector. He has personally been involved in numerous cases that have reached the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the California District Court of Appeals. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice before the United Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and numerous United States District Courts. He has an extensive number of published Appellate court decisions and favorable FLSA (Federal Labor Standards Act) litigations.
