Jonathan W.A. Liff, Senior Associate (Workers' Compensation)
Jonathan Liff is a senior associate in the Workers' Compensation Department of Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller & Johnsen. He represents applicants in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, including trial and appellate matters, Labor Code ยง 132a penalties, and "serious and willful misconduct" penalties against employers. Jonathan authors a semi-monthly article on current workers' compensation issues for the Sacramento Fire Fighters Local 522 publication, The Beacon, and has been published in the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues.
