Kathleen N. Mastagni Storm, Associate (Employment Law)
Kathleen Storm is an associate attorney in the Labor Department, who specializes in labor and employment law representation, including trial litigation in California and federal courts. Kathleen represents public and private unions in unfair labor practice litigation before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB). Kathleen also represents clients in officer-involved shootings, disciplinary matters, grievances and collective bargaining. Kathleen is admitted in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. Kathleen lectures on the Fire Fighters’ Procedural Bill of Rights Act and unfair labor practices and is also an adjunct lecturer at California State University, Sacramento.
