Paul T. Dolberg, Associate (Worker's Compensation)
Paul Dolberg is an associate in the Workers' Compensation Department at Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller & Johnsen. During law school Paul worked for a civil litigation firm practicing real property law and representing employees in wrongful termination and wage and hour actions. He represents applicants in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, including trial and appellate matters, Labor Code section 132a penalties, and "serious and willful misconduct" penalties against employers.
