Cameron Huey is an associate in the Workers' Compensation department Mastagni Holstedt, A Professional Corporation and represents applicants in all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, including Labor Code Section 132a, serious and willful misconduct, and cases alleging Workers' Compensation Fraud. Mr. Huey has had significant litigation experience in the State courts and Federal administrative proceedings.
Prior to joining Mastagni, Mr. Huey was an associate at Wong & Hung where he practiced immigration law, criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Huey also worked as a Deputy County Attorney with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office where he aggressively litigated cases as a criminal prosecutor and obtained restitution for victims of crime. He also served as a Judicial Extern for the Supreme Court of Ohio.
Mr. Huey graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Huey served as Chapter President of the Federalist Society, Associate Editor of the Freedom Center Journal, Chief Justice of the University of Cincinnati Student Court and Co-Chair of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA).
Mr. Huey is admitted to practice law in both California and Arizona. Mr. Huey is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Arizona and the Executive Office of Immigration Review.
