Mitch De Anda
Mitch De Anda is an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, where his practice covers all aspects of civil litigation. Mitch has handled or assisted on a wide array of civil litigation matters including personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, employment discrimination, fraud, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Prior to practicing civil litigation, Mitch worked in the Mastagni Holstedt, APC, Workers’ Compensation Department, where he gained valuable negotiation and litigation experience.
Mitch is a Sacramento Area native and attended Jesuit High School before accepting an academic scholarship to the Honors College of the University of Alabama, from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude. In 2015, Mitch earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. During law school, Mitch worked as a law clerk for a San Francisco law firm specializing in labor law and employee benefit funds. After completing the California Bar Examination, Mitch began working for Mastagni Holstedt, APC, in August of 2015.
