Attorney John R. Holstedt is the managing partner for the Workers' Compensation department of Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller & Johnsen, where he practices primarily in the areas of workers' compensation litigation, including both trial and appellate work. John also practices in the areas of personal injury and labor and employment law. He has participated in oral arguments before the Third District Court of Appeal on both personal injury and workers' compensation issues.
John was a Captain in the United States Air Force, serving from June of 1969 through April of 1974. John completed a tour of duty in Vietnam from June 1970 to June 1971 and was awarded an Air Medal with four oak leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross.
