Mark Salvo - Retired police officer with the last eight as a motor officer for the City of West Sacramento. Mark graduated from CSU Sacramento with a Bachelors degree in Law Enforcement Management. As a police officer Mark taught firearms, Field Training, RADAR, Taser, and is certified in Traffic Collision Reconstruction. Mark has spent the majority of his law enforcement career as the president or board member of his association.

Dennis Wallach - Retired Sergeant from the Cotati Police Department. Much of his law enforcement career has been as an association president or a board member. His law enforcement training consisted of many areas including, field training officer, SWAT Team member at the Twin Cities Police Department and the Sonoma County Multi Agency SWAT, evidence reconstruction expert, Graduated from Supervisor Leadership Institute class 247.
