Trial Litigation

Appellate Litigation

Supervising partner Amanda Uhrhammer practices before California's courts of appeal in employment and personal injury cases, and advises our clients and other attorneys on appellate litigation. Representation in the appellate courts requires a unique ability to identify appealable issues, evaluate the trial record, and present persuasive written and oral arguments that will bring the desired results to the client. Our appellate practice adds a specialized tool to the litigation options available to our clients through the Civil Litigation Department at Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer.
