| NEW CONTRACT REACHED FOR
ROSEVILLE CITY POLICE Under a new two-year contract agreement covering January 2003 to December 2004, Mastagni, Holstedt & Amicks Labor Negotiation team obtained several new benefits and salary increases for the Roseville POA. Among the changes are: First Year A 5% salary increase starting February 1, 2003 Officers with an advanced post or B.A. degree receive an additional $438.00 a month Health insurance is increased by $129 to $669.10 YSOs are eligible for a 9/80 workweek Improvements to off duty court pay Second Year Salary increase of 3% to 5% of the Consumer Price Index Officers with an intermediate post or an A.A. degree receive an additional $219.00 a month Health increase premiums are paid 80% by the employer and 20% by the employee |
