Retired Peace Officers Association of California (RPOAC) has retained Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen, & Uhrhammer as the Northern California legal defense provider for legal issues relating to CCW endorsements. RPOAC now offers two (2) LDF plans covering legal challenges to the denial of a CCW endorsement, and legal representation in civil or criminal actions arising out of the use or threatened use of a firearm. The Stockton Police Management Association, led by President Chris Trulsson, has retained Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer for labor negotiations. David Swim, Ph.D., will represent the managers at the bargaining table.
