WELCOME NEW LABOR NEGOTIATORS

Larry Aulich is the newest negotiator to join the MHAMJU team. Larry was a member of the Contra Costa law enforcement community for 31 years. During his law enforcement tenure Larry served as both the president and vice president of the Contra Costa County DSA Board of Directors. As a member of the DSA Board, Larry was involved in formal contract negotiations for the DSA. Larry also helped develop a Labor/Management Committee, which was a "preemptive bargaining tool" responsible for resolving outstanding issues between the DSA and the County prior to bargaining sessions.

Greg Kiefer has recently joined the MHAMJU team of negotiators. Greg served as a Deputy Sheriff in Butte County for 14 years and was on the Butte County DSA Board for seven years. While on the DSA Board, Greg was actively involved in negotiating for the DSA membership. Greg has been trained in a variety of law enforcement methodology including PORAC training seminars regarding contract negotiations, and political action committee (PAC) organization and implementation. Greg also founded a PAC on behalf of the Butte County DSA.
