Straun W. Boston is an associate attorney in the Labor Department at MHAMJ&U. Straun served in the U.S. Marine Corps and graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Political Science. Straun obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Jeremiah J. Brasher is an associate attorney in the Workers' Compensation Department. Jeremiah graduated from American River College in Sacramento and received his law degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.

Rafael A. Icaza joined the Labor Department last December as an associate attorney. He is an experienced litigator who has represented employees in Alameda County and has practiced in the state and federal courts.

Jami C. Janowiak is an associate workers' compensation attorney. She graduated from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas with a B.A. in Political Science and attended the University of California-Hastings College of the Law.

William J. Lenehan is an associate attorney in the Labor Department. Bill was a senior associate for the public entity defense firm of McCune & Harber, LLP, in Los Angeles before joining Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer.

Philip R.A. Mastagni is an associate in the Civil Litigation Department. Phillip is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and the Georgetown University Law Center, where he emphasized international law, election law, and labor and employment law.

Danitza M. Milosevic is an associate attorney in the Workers' Compensation Department. Danitza graduated from CSU Chico and obtained her law degree from Whittier Law School.

Darrick L. O'Dell is an associate attorney in the Workers' Compensation Department. He is graduate of the University of Tennessee and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a staff writer on The Transnational Lawyer.

Gwen E. Scott is an associate in the Civil Litigation Department. Gwen is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she emphasized trial practice and alternative dispute resolution.

Ryan D. Siemantel is an associate attorney in the Workers' Compensation Department. Ryan is a graduate of CSU Sacramento and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
