WELCOME NEW CLIENTS

We are pleased to welcome to our client list the Modesto Police Non-Sworn Association, representing over 100 non-sworn employees of the Modesto Police Department. President Leslie Rodriguez and her executive board were successful in creating a new bargaining unit and retained Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer for contract negotiations and labor representation. The Nevada County Probation Officers Association is now represented by Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer for labor negotiations and legal defense. We look forward to working with President Ray Schoenwandt and his executive board.

The Federal Flight Deck Officers Association – representing the commercial airline pilots trained to carry firearms – has retained Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer for legal defense. We look forward to working with President Marcus Flagg and his executive board, including James Krause and Paul Nelson, in providing training and representation to this unique association.

President Bob Oettinger and the Benicia Police Officers’ Association have returned to Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer for contract negotiations and PORAC LDF representation. Negotiator Larry Aulich obtained significant increases in salary and benefits in a new four-year contract (see “Contract Negotiations Update” on p. 17.)

The Yuba County Deputy District Attorneys Association and President Mike Byrne have joined Mastagni, Holstedt, Amick, Miller, Johnsen & Uhrhammer for labor negotiations and legal defense. Associations of prosecutors are not common in California and the YCDDAA is to be congratulated on forming

Yuba County’s newest bargaining unit.
