Adam Hahn is our firm’s managing workers’ compensation attorney. Adam represents clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including hearings and trials, as well as Labor Code 132 discrimination and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from California State University at Sacramento, his Master in Business Administration from the University of California, Davis and his Juris Doctorate from Lincoln Law School. Adam has also completed his doctorate course studies at the University of Pacific.
Adam has devoted his legal career to workers’ compensation law where he handles all manner of employee claims. Prior to joining our firm Adam worked with a boutique applicant attorney’s office for roughly 5 years. Before entering the legal profession, Adam’s career endeavors span the gamut from president of an institution of higher education, college professor, entrepreneur, director of a fortune 200 company to staff member for a California state assembly member. Adam is married and the proud father of two children.
