Brandon Gomez is an Associate Attorney in the Civil Litigation department at Mastagni Holstedt, A Profession Corporation. In his current role, Mr. Gomez represents clients in personal injury cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, to other catastrophic injuries. He advocates for clients in all phases of litigation, including but not limited to, pre-litigation, discovery, law and motion hearings, and case resolution.

Mr. Gomez earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Gomez interned practicing plaintiff-side consumer protection and personal injury litigation. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Legal Studies from San Jose State University. At San Jose State, Mr. Gomez interned helping clients expunge their criminal records in Santa Clara County.
