Brett Beyler is an associate attorney in the Civil Litigation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. His practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation. He is licensed in California, Washington D.C., and Idaho.

Prior to joining Mastagni Holstedt, Mr. Beyler worked with a premier defense firm in Sacramento and learned how the best and brightest defense attorneys approach business litigation, commercial law, insurance litigation, professional liability, employment law, personal injury, consumer lawsuits, finance law, bankruptcy litigation, and appellate practice in state and federal courts.

Mr. Beyler earned his Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of California, Davis in 2012. He received Degrees in History and Political Science. Mr. Beyler graduated with high honors.

Mr. Beyler earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law. He earned a certificate in research, writing and drafting and participated in advanced trial advocacy.

Mr. Beyler is married and has five children. He enjoys spending his free time with his family. His other interests include being outdoors, golfing, and football.
