Mr. Elliott R. Stevenson is an Associate Attorney in the Workers’ Compensation Department of Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He represents clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation including hearings, trials, Labor Code section 132a violations, and Serious & Willful Misconduct claims.
Mr. Stevenson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento, and his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento while working full time. His effective communication skills, combined with his knowledge of the law, makes him a strong advocate and leader in customer service for all of his clients.
Prior to Mr. Stevenson’s legal career, he served the State of California for 10 years employed in various capacities by the California Department of Transportation where he trained employees on workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and federal employment laws.
Mr. Stevenson is highly committed to serving his Country, State, and local community. He is a voluntary commissioned Officer, working as a Judge Advocate General in the Legal Support Command of the California State Guard, where he assists service men and women with legal issues prior to their deployment. Mr. Stevenson is also the current Vice Polemarch of the Roseville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and a Past Master of David D. Mattocks Lodge #87 in Sacramento.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Stevenson is an avid sports fan and a proud father of two.
