Kristopher Grant is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Mastagni Holstedt, APC. He represents public sector employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal proceedings.

Kristopher received a Bachelor of Arts from California State University of Sacramento in 2012, a Master of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2015 and a Juris Doctoral from the University of California, Davis in 2021. During law school Kristopher interned for the Navy Judge Advocate General and a Federal Magistrate Judge.

Prior to attending college, Kristopher served in the United States Marine Corps, obtaining the rank of Sergeant, and he deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
