William Clark joined MHA APC as an associate attorney in the Labor and Employment Dept. He represents public sector employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal representation.
Bill started his professional career in 1977 attending the Alameda Co. Sheriff’s Academy at Santa Rita and then joining the Livermore Police Dept. as a police officer. He later transferred to the Concord Police Department where he attended night law school at John F. Kennedy School of Law.
After law school, Bill joined the Contra Costa Co. District Attorney’s Office. While working as a prosecutor he tried cases ranging from misdemeanors through serious and violent felonies. He also worked as a member of the Contra Costa Co. Critical Incident Protocol Investigation team. Lastly, he joined the El Dorado Co. D.A, Office as the Chief Assistant D.A, retiring in 2019.
