William P. Creger is a Senior Associate at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, in the Labor and Employment Department.  Mr. Creger represents public sector employees in a variety of settings, protecting their rights during administrative investigations, critical incidents, arbitration proceedings, and civil litigation.

Mr. Creger serves as general counsel to several public safety unions throughout California, providing general legal advice and contract negotiation and enforcement services to these entities and their members.  Mr. Creger is particularly experienced in the Peace Officers’ Procedural Bill of Rights Act, the Firefighters’ Procedural Bill of Rights Act, the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and union certification campaigns before both state and federal Boards.  Mr. Creger is a frequent lecturer on the rights of public safety employees.

Mr. Creger obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he volunteered at several legal clinics. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Creger attended the University of California at Davis where he majored in Political Science.
