Craig MacDonald is a Labor and Contracts Consultant in the Central Valley area of California for the Labor & Employment Department at Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C. In his current role, Craig negotiates labor agreements and represents police officers, sheriff deputies, probation officers, law enforcement supervisors, and fire department employees in significant labor relations matters.
Craig started his career at the Lindsay Police Department in 1990. Craig later joined the Visalia Police Department where he was a K9 officer and a member of their SWAT team. In 2002 Craig went to work for the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigations as a Criminal Investigator. He has extensive experience across a broad spectrum of high-profile complex investigations. Craig worked homicide, violent crimes, fraud, and officer involved shooting investigations. He was assigned to the Tulare County Regional Auto Theft Taskforce (TRATT) for several years and testified as an expert in the field of auto theft and chop shops. Craig was one of the founding members of the Peer Support Team and served as the Association president.  Craig has a love for sports and was the head JV football and baseball coach for El Diamante High School.
