Garrett R. Porter is an Associate Attorney in the Labor & Employment Department of Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C. He represents public safety employees in administrative and disciplinary investigations, hearings, critical incident investigations, and criminal defense.

Garrett earned his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated with a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. In law school, he was a bar-certified intern at the Sacramento County Public Defender’s office and at the Office of the Federal Defenders, Eastern District of California where he represented clients in criminal trials.
