Melissa M. Thom is an associate attorney with the Civil Litigation and Labor Departments of Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C. She is the firm’s Rancho Cucamonga Office Managing Attorney. Her practice areas include various civil litigation matters, including employment disputes such as harassment and discrimination, wage and hour claims, and personal injury matters. She also represents public sector employees in administrative investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and critical incidents on behalf of PORAC Legal Defense Fund and various other state and local labor associations.

Before joining Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C., Melissa gained 20+ years experience handling civil litigation cases from inception through trial, including personal injury, contract disputes and labor and employment matters wherein she represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
