Zachary Haddad is an Associate Attorney in the Workers’ Compensation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC. With compassion and a results-driven approach, Zack guides injured workers through the complexities of California’s workers’ compensation system — ensuring they understand their rights and secure the benefits they deserve.
Zack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). While in law school, he channeled his passion for public service into meaningful leadership and advocacy. As President of Law Students for Sensible Drug Policy (LSSDP), he spearheaded fentanyl policy reform efforts in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood, responding to the tragic loss of a fellow student and the broader public health crisis affecting the community. He also served under Professor Amy Spivey in the UC Hastings Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, providing critical legal assistance to low-income individuals navigating their tax debt.
Before joining Mastagni Holstedt, Zack honed his litigation skills as a law clerk at Calone & Harrel Law Group in Stockton, CA. Working under Shaun Culbreath, Esq., he focused on probate litigation, motion practice, and discovery in complex civil matters — experience he now leverages to effectively advocate for injured workers.
Zack earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from California Lutheran University. He is an active member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, and remains deeply committed to staying at the forefront of workers’ compensation law and community advocacy.
Outside the office, Zack finds balance and inspiration in the outdoors, world travel, challenging workouts, and quality time with those close to him.
