Damon obtained a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, completed a Post-Baccalaureate Health Professions Program at UC Berkeley Ext., and graduated from UC Davis School of Law. During law school, he interned at the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office and the Capital Habeas unit of the Federal Defenders Office for the Eastern District of California.

Damon has practiced law since 2020. He has represented individuals in criminal court, as a solo practitioner and as a member of the Sacramento Public Defender’s Conflict board, achieving dismissals for drug and alcohol related offenses; as well as in civil matters, with a primary focus on medical malpractice defense, representing hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician groups and individual physicians.

Today, as an associate in the Civil Litigation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, A.P.C., Damon uses his broad experience to represent clients in multiple practice areas, including contract disputes, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
