Jason Hauer is an attorney in Mastagni Holstedt, APC’s Civil Litigation Department. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including personal injury and employment matters, specializing in law and motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. He is admitted to practice in California and in the federal courts.

Prior to joining Mastagni Holstedt, Mr. Hauer developed a diverse professional background in advocacy, assisting clients with employment disputes, regulatory compliance, labor relations, and corporate counsel matters.
