Jeremy Baird is an associate attorney in the Civil Litigation department at Mastagni Holstedt A.P.C. He represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation and is committed to providing thoughtful, effective advocacy on behalf of those he represents.

Mr. Baird received his J.D. from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Baird worked as a social worker, where he assisted individuals and families facing complex personal and institutional challenges. This experience gives him a grounded perspective on the real-world impact legal disputes can have on clients and informs his practical, client-centered approach to litigation. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal matters and achieving fair and efficient resolutions to their disputes.

In his free time, Mr. Baird enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters.
