Robb McCandlish is a retired police officer with over 24 years of law enforcement experience. Robb began his career in law enforcement as a level 1 Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office. In 1995 Robb joined the Ontario Police Department, located in Southern California. During his time with the Ontario Police Department, Robb worked as a K-9 handler, motor officer, and FTO, he also served on the range staff, was a certified NRA Instructor, armorer, and AOT instructor.
In 2007, Robb was elected to the Ontario Policers Officers Association were he quickly rose to the position of President. While serving as the President he negotiated two contracts, handled meet and confers, labor, disciplinary, and budgeting issues. Robb served a total of 5 years on the Board of Directors with three of those years as the President. During Robb’s tenure as an officer in Ontario, he received meritorious, excellence, and unit excellence commendations from the Ontario Police Department.
