Eduardo Ruiz is an associate attorney in the Workers’ Compensation department at Mastagni Holstedt. He represents clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation including hearings, trials, Labor Code section 132(a) violations and Serious and Willful Misconduct claims.

Eduardo earned his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law with a certificate in Labor and Employment. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Chico.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Ruiz worked in accounting and in the agriculture industry where he advocated for the rights of workers in the greater Northern Sacramento Valley.
