Bhaven is a Labor Relations Consultant in the Northern California region. She negotiates labor agreements and represents civilian employees, police officers, and correctional officers in labor relations matters.

Bhaven is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Social Science. While in college and after graduating, Bhaven worked for the State of California in the Legislative department.  In addition, she previously managed the Workers’ Compensation department with years of experience in Workers’ Compensation law.
