Jason M. Ewert is an associate attorney in the Labor Department of Mastagni Holstedt. His practice focuses on the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act, Fire Fighters Bill of Rights /wp-content/uploads/sites/7686/2019/Act, and California’s collective bargaining statutes, including the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act, Dills Act, Higher Education Employer-Employee Relations Act, Educational Employment Relations Act, and Excluded Employees Bill of Rights Act. He represents clients in disciplinary matters, grievances, and critical incidents. Jason also advises public sector employees on a variety of employment-related matters.
